FAQ

What are the benefits of climate-controlled storage?
Climate-controlled storage is beneficial for storing more sensitive items that are prone to damage from heat, cold, or humidity. By controlling the environment inside your storage unit, you can store items for lengthy amounts of time with no risk of damage.

How do I pay my storage bill?
Easily log in to your account and pay your bill online. Establish automatic payments on your account so you can set it and forget it. We accept multiple forms of payment including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discovery, cash, or check.

What is a drive-up storage unit?
Since our facility has ground-level buildings, with wide aisles and roll-up doors, you can easily drive up directly to your storage unit and load and unload with ease.

Can I store my boat or RV?
Yes, we offer outdoor vehicle storage for any type of recreational vehicle. Sizes range from 12’ x 20’ to 12’ x 50’, with pull-throughs from 40’ to 100’.

Do I need tenant storage insurance?
No, but you may carry your own insurance (check your homeowner’s or renter’s policy to see if you are already covered) or apply for insurance coverage from a company that specializes in self-storage insurance. Insurance is the tenant’s responsibility.

What security measures are in place?
Our fully fenced-in property is under 24/7 monitoring. Well-lit, our facility is barred from outsiders via an electronic gate where tenants receive a personalized access code.

Is a deposit required when reserving a storage space?
There is no deposit required, and with month-to-month leasing options, there is no hardline commitment.
